Many students say they hate Math, but they do not realize that Math is a part of our everyday life. Mathematics is the cradle of all creations without which the world cannot move an inch. Be it a cook or a farmer, a carpenter or a mechanic, a shopkeeper or a doctor. Mathematics is a reasonably neutral subject which blends with other courses. It is a language of the universe; it is the working behind every physical, chemical and universal. Mathematics has a soul and a form it is so easy to fall in love with the logical way of concluding things. You must have heard the name of Aryabhatta the inventor of “zero”. He made the symbol zero which made him immortal. Without zero the world would never move forward. Everybody needs Math in their day-today life. Whatever you do, wherever you are going you are using Math daily without even realizing it, it just comes naturally, for e.g. In the kitchen: counting of teaspoons for your tea or coffee, in planning parties you need to know the number of guest attending the cost behind it, while shopping whatever you are buying, you need to know the price, calculate or compare. The present age is one of skill development and innovations. The more practical we are in our approach, the more successful we will be. Let us realize and appreciate the beauty of the subject and embrace it with all our heart.
